1.  How do I register for a course without a username or password?

A.  In order to take a course, you need to have a username and password.  When you register for courses, you will create a password for yourself.  If you'd like to take a course, go to www.publicsafetyschool.com and select the type of courses interested in taking from the "Online Courses Link".

Click on the "pricing" button in the middle of the page. On the next page, check the box next to the course(s) you would like to take and click on the "+ Add to Cart" button.

When you have selected all of the courses you are interested in purchasing, click on "Checkout and Proceed" button.

Fill in your registration information and your billing information.

Note:  your email address will be used as your "Username.

Once you have registered, you will receive and email explaining how to log on and start your courses.

2.  I forgot my Username and Password,  What do I do?

A.  If you have forgotten your password, go to your username and password, please contact customer support at 1-800-442-1149 and click on the "forgot  password" link below login.  Then enter your email address.  You should receive an email to your email address stating your password.  If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact customer support at 800-442-1149

3.  Must I complete my course in one sitting?

A.  No!  You do not have to complete a session in one sitting. At the end of a section, you can log out and when you log back in the information will be saved.

4.  Can I register and pay for an employee

A. A registration will remain in the name of the person who has registered for the course, If you are interested in registering for another person or group of employees, please contact us at 1-800-442-11495.  

5. How do I register multiple students at one time?

A.  To register multiple students, please call our sales team at 800-442-1149.

6.  Is there a time restriction on completing the course?

A. Courses do not have a time restriction.

7.  Who do I call to set up a corporate account?

A.  To set up a corporate account, please call enrollment specialist at 800-442-1149.  

8.  How can I pay for the course?

A.  You can pay for the course by check card or credit card.  If you are a corporate client that is signing up multiple students. A corporate billing account will be set-up and be invoiced for your purchase at the end of each month.

10. How do I go back and reprint my certificate of courses completion?

A. Go to  Go to www.360training.com and log in using your username and password.  Click on the certificate icon next to the word you would like to reprint.

11.  What do I receive when I complete a Hazwoper course(s)?

A.  You will receive a printable certificate upon successful completion of the Hazwoper course(s)..

12.  How do I know where I am in the course?

A.  When you are logged in to the course, click on the "MyTraining" button left hand section of the courseplay " "Outline" to see where you are in the course and to skip round to different sections.

13.  My employer says I need to take the TIPS or ServSafe course. Does PublicSafetySchool.Com/Food & Safety offer this?

A.  Your employer might require you to take the TIPS /ServeSafe or other alcohol safety course so that they will get an insurance discount.  Our PublicSafetySchool.Com/Food & Safety Alcohol Seller/Server course is basically the same thing as those brand names for alcohol safety courses, so it is likey to be accepted by your employer's insurance provider.  Many insurance providers accept our courses, every insurance company has different regulations so please ask your employer, Some of our biggest insurance company include Centrex, LiquorTraining, and USLI.
